We offer exclusively non-smoking rooms and non-smoking vacation apartments; however, a large, separate lounge is available for guests who smoke. The popular guided hikes begin across the street at the Haus des Gastes. Our newly built outdoor pool and the “Gasthaus Unterstein” bus stop are just a three-minute walk away. Starting now, you can use your visitor’s card for free rides on public buses throughout Berchtesgaden. Guests staying in vacation apartments have excellent shopping options nearby. In short, you can leave your car in our on-site parking lot for the entire duration of your vacation. The hiking trails to Königssee and Berchtesgaden start right at the house. This makes it easy to reach the artificial ice toboggan run or the historic market in Berchtesgaden. Enjoy the idyllic beauty of the Berchtesgaden Alpine National Park. Our newly renovated, non-smoking vacation apartment offers approximately 50 square meters of space and is equipped with underfloor heating, a separate bedroom with satellite TV, an open-concept kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), and a living room with a dining and seating area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the two furnished balconies.
