K7 Single-Family Home in the Eifel National Park with an E-Bike (Mountain Bike) Option

The house offers friends, couples, and families with children ideal opportunities for both an active vacation and relaxation.
A paradise for mountain bikers, cyclists, and hikers!
Thanks to its immediate proximity to the Urft River, the Urft Bike Trail, and the national park, there are unique opportunities.
The Rursee, the Eifelsteig, Vogelsang Castle, daffodil meadows, Monschau, Bad Münstereifel, the 85-km-long Wilderness Trail, and much more.
An outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance.

The accommodation
The house is detached and bright.
The house is equipped with a safe, various dishes, glasses, pots, pans, towels, bed linens, a coffee machine, and alternatively a coffee maker with coffee, various spices and utensils, a washing machine, a dishwasher, soap, cleaning supplies… etc.
A TV, sound system, and various games, books, and DVDs are available on-site.
In the kitchen drawer and also in the living room (on the colorful chair), you’ll find instruction manuals for the appliances… TV, coffee machine, Teufel Bluetooth speakers… etc.
The Wi-Fi password is provided on-site.

Guest access
You can park on the property in front of the house.
The entrance is located behind the house; access is also possible via the terrace at the front of the house.

Check-in with flexible arrival times can be arranged using a key box located to the right of the front door.
Of course, I’m happy to be on-site upon request.

A small shed for bikes and equipment is located behind the house, across from the entrance.
E-bikes are available for rent upon request and subject to availability!

Additional important information:
I am required to pay a visitor’s tax (euros/person/day) for all guests.
To keep things simple, the visitor’s tax is included in the booking and is therefore already paid.
Upon arrival, you will receive a guest card with many discounts; please be sure to sign it upon departure with the names of all guests and your registration information and leave it at

The guest card consists of the bottom and third sections, which serve as your proof of eligibility for these benefits.
