Schlecht geputzt überall Staub und Spinnweben. Außerdem wurden zwei Restaurants und Bars geschlossen. 1 kontinuierlich und das andere für zwei Tage. Auch in der Stadt haben viele wegen Personalmangels geschlossen. Das Personal war unfreundlich und schlecht informiert. Der sogenannte beheizte Pool war eiskalt. Wir konnten nicht wirklich darin schwimmen, obwohl es draußen 25 Grad war. Für all das zahlen Sie 180 Euro Servicekosten für 4 Tage. Als wir dies meldeten, gaben sie hohe Benzinpreise und Personalmangel als Entschuldigung an. Aber warum sollten wir das volle Pfund bezahlen, wenn wir nur die Hälfte bekommen? Schade das Geld wirklich nicht wert.

Die Wohnung war gut bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. keine Ablage im Bad zum Ablegen. Die Fotografie war kreativ, es sah aus, als wäre der Pool auf einer eigenen großen Dachterrasse, aber in Wirklichkeit war es ein Foto des Hauptpools, der nicht direkt mit der Wohnung verbunden war. Warum also eine schlechte Bewertung? Das liegt vor allem an der Unordnung in den Restaurants. Der Italiener hatte geschlossen und der Begriff der Kundenfreundlichkeit war im Brauhaus noch nicht angekommen. Ein Bier auf der Terrasse konnten wir nachmittags nicht trinken, weil alle Tische für das Abendessen reserviert waren (sic). Die To-Go-Karte war nicht vorhanden: „Wenn das Restaurant voll ist und es viele Bestellungen gibt, haben wir keine Genügend zu essen". Eine Pizza konnte gebacken werden. Die Hauslieferanten machten jedenfalls gute Geschäfte. Dieser Ärger in den Restaurants wurde auf Personalmangel zurückgeführt, aber immerhin. Außerdem ist die Streckenführung im Park sehr unlogisch und unvermeidlich dass man mit Kind oder Hund reist.regelmäßig auf der Straße laufen müssen.Okt keine wirklich gute Gelegenheit den Hund raus zu lassen, dabei präsentiert man sich als tierfreundlich.Aufgrund der großen Höhenunterschiede, steilen Straßen und Mangel von Aufzügen, für Gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen. Kurz gesagt, Wohnung gut, Ausstattung und Ausstattung des Parks Eifeler Tor unterdurchschnittlich.
