      We cancelled, I couldn't get in touch with hotel to confirm. When we got there no restaurant, no breakfast on weekends ,wifi down and the place was filthy. We went elsewhere. Poor location

      It is a bit far from down town if traveling by foot, but other than that was in a good location. Friendly staff that all spoke English. Shower was very small and the room took quite a while to heat up. Overall... Worth the money. I will be staying there again.

      I was so disappointed with this Marriott affiliated hotel. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and I think that any Marriott employee would be embarrassed by this place. No air conditioning made it unbearable to sleep. The Mosquitos and very loud street noise made opening the window impossible. Not one employee wore a name tag and they were never at the desk, available to help. Coffee? Not in the room, not in the lobby, this is Italy, complimentary coffee and brioche should always be available. The only positive was that the room was cleaned well.

      We found the hotel staff very helpful. We were dropping off our car in Trento and boarding a train. The staff help sort out the car drop off with Hertz (location was wrong on the paper work). Easy access to town, resturants and grocery stores. We prefered to eat in our room. There was limited place for setting up our in room picnic....no table. The room was very modern with every thing built in...including a narrow table/shelf with one chair.
