Hotel’s staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast was tasty, they even offered freshly squeezed juice using the choice of your vegetable. Only drawback is the location, but far to walk to the city’s touristy old town, also the hotel is right next to several train tracks.

Great hotel around 20 minutes walking from the Old Town. Big and comfortable rooms with new bathroom and all the required amenities. Delicious breakfast with homemade sweet treats, omelettes and cold cuts. The restaurant on the ground floor is a must-try.

Comfortable Vicenza Hotel

This hotel is a very good value in Vicenza. The location is good and a 30 minute walk to the center of town. There is a very good market and restaurant attached to the hotel. Everything is clean and includes a terrific breakfast. If you are a light sleeper, the train may wake you up, but it is something we got used to after 5 days. This hotel is a definite YES when in Vicenza. The train is 30 minutes to Verona and Padova, and 50 minutes to Venice.

I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Parking is included and on the premises, the room was spacious, but the highlight was the breakfast the next morning, with a lot of options!! The restaurant downstairs was a good option since I was tired and did not want to go into the city. Only strange thing was that there was no shower cabin, so that after showering the whole bathroom was wet.

Great Hotel - ideally placed.

Lovely hotel, well within walking distance to Vicenza centre. The room was lovely and clean, it overlooked the train station and the car park but the room was really quiet. Breakfast was good. The lady with blonde hair that was working in reception at check in was excellent! Absolutely first class service and she could not have done any more to help. Fantastic service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again.

Vincenza sightseeing base & comfort

The hotel is wonderful as a base to see Vicenza - on the 10 bus which goes to & from town (otherwise a 15 min scenic walk along a canal and the local football stadium) & they let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out so we got in a second day of marvellous museums & churches showing brilliance from Palladio to Bellini (late check out also possible). We bought the half board package, so had a gourmet three course dinner at the leading restaurant on the ground floor & a cooked breakfast with delicious omelette & pastries by reception. The were various pools & hot tubs but didn’t have time to lounge!

Non so come abbiano preso le 4 stelle e mezzo. Le camere sono quelle di 40 anni fa, spoglie, senza comfort, bagni con muffa nelle docce. L’unica cosa che ho apprezzato è la disponibilità del personale, gentile ed efficiente, poiché nella mia stanza non funziona il controller dell’aria e han provveduto a sostituire subito la camera. Peccato il basso livello di manutenzione, visto che nella seconda camera invece era caldo e il comando dell’aria non permetteva l’accensione. Apprezzabile la presenza di un buon ristorante all’interno, con porzioni importanti e prezzi giusti.

Ci hanno dato una camera per persona con problemi motori e questo ha creato qualche difficoltà a persone che non ne hanno e forse sarebbe meglio evitare. Il personale è però gentilissimo ed educatissimo e la colazione da sola varrebbe la pena di scegliere questo albergo. Buonissimo tutto, ma si apprezzano soprattutto l'eccellente bacon, la perfetta cottura delle uova sode e la selezione di formaggi locali, uno più buono dell’altro. Non resta che ringraziare sentitamente
