Welcome to the "Seebrücke" apartment complex in the center of Scharbeutz.
The two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
The modern and well-maintained living/bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. From here, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony with a view of the Dünenmeile and a side view of the lake.
The modern, built-in kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and dining area for 4 people.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (with a full-length topper) and a wardrobe. The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring. Additionally, the apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The building has an elevator that takes you comfortably from the first floor to the first floor. A bicycle storage room is available for bicycles, and a free underground parking space (maximum clearance height is 1.80 m) is available for your car during your stay. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the communal basement.

Only the pedestrian zone—with its cozy restaurants, cafes, and, not to mention, charming boutiques—separates the complex from the magnificent sandy beach. All 2- and 3-room apartments feature balconies with partial ocean views and are individually furnished. The building includes a washer and dryer, as well as an underground parking garage and a bicycle storage room. An elevator is available.
