The two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 4th floor and is furnished for two adults and two children.
The apartment features a north/west-facing balcony from which you have a beautiful side view of the Baltic Sea.
The open-concept living/bedroom area features a cozy seating area with a TV armchair and a flat-screen TV, as well as a modern double bed with high-quality mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m). The room is equipped with blackout curtains.
Also included is a dining area and an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The children’s room has two single beds (1.90 x 0.80 m). The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
The building has a coin-operated sauna, a bicycle storage room, and bicycle parking is available in front of the building. In addition, the apartment building features an elevator and coin-operated washer and dryer. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment includes an outdoor parking space. Dogs are not permitted here. Starting at 01.10.2025, one dog is welcome in this apartment. Wi-Fi is included.

Sauna hours: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as all holidays 18:00 - 22:00

The house features a small wellness area with a sauna, a plunge pool, and a relaxation room. Here, you can unwind on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 p.m. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer for a fee, as well as a table tennis room.
In addition, the property offers underground parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces.
