The apartment is on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Amenities include a cozy living room with a sofa, a smart TV, a radio, and a dining area for four people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a microwave-oven combo, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee maker. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The apartment also has two bedrooms.
