Welcome to Haus Adria in the Küstenliebe apartment

Designed with great attention to detail, this one-room apartment can accommodate up to two adults and one child.

Functionally furnished, you’ll find everything you need here in this 32 m² space. The modern living/sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (dimensions: 1.60 x 2.0 m) and a cozy sofa bed that serves as a third sleeping spot if needed (dimensions: 1.35 m x 1.90 m). A dining table invites you to relax or play, and a wall-mounted TV provides entertainment.

The built-in kitchenette features an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. For cooking, there is a portable 2-burner cooktop that can be stored in the cabinet when not in use.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a low threshold and a rain showerhead. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony, which is equipped with an awning to protect you from excessive sunlight.

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement.

You’ll find a parking space right next to the building. The building features a swimming pool with a counter-current system. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The beach, 200 meters away, can be reached via a public staircase on a slope.



The Adria building is situated on a hill between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. The Kammerwald forest is right outside the door. The Ostsee-Therme is about 700 meters away. The beach is 150 meters away, and the town center is a 15-minute walk. Enjoy the evening sun on the private loggias, which offer a view over the rooftops of Scharbeutz.

Guests have access to a small swimming pool, as well as a washer and dryer, inside the house. Parking spaces are available in front of the house for each apartment.
