Ich war über Silvester da, zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren die Temperatur im Minusbereich es war also extrem kalt draußen. In der Wohnung war die Heizung ausgefallen. Von anderen Mietern empfohlen wir dass es noch einen transportablen Heizkörper gab dieser war also weg wir mussten eher abreisen. Das habe ich dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt es sollte mir ein Teil des Geldes erstattet werden. Das habe ich bis heute nicht Punkt man hat dann auf diverse Nachfragen auch nicht mehr reagiert. Finde ich nicht gut! Kundenservice sieht anders aus.
