Welcome to Casa Marea Azul a tranquil hidden oasis perfect for surfers, families, professionals & digital nomads. A large tranquil 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with oasis styled pool and a comfy lounge area, surrounded by a tropical garden perfect for relaxing. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood of central Sayulita, Casa Marea Azul is perfect for enjoying everything Sayulita has to offer then returning to relax in the outdoor lounge, cooling off in the large oasis styled pool, afternoon snoozes or enjoying the Wi-Fi. Its just a 5-minute walk to the Sayulita plaza and beach. There is a BBQ for afternoon grilling and hosting.

The entrance to Casa Marea Azul is through a private gate with a spiral staircase leading you downstairs to your new home. You will be welcomed by a spacious outdoor patio with a large, cushioned lounge and BBQ, perfect for entertaining. A refreshing waterfall shower to rinse of the salt water and a surf rack to store your surfboards. A brand new private pool is perfect to cool off during the warm Sayulita days. A beautiful garden attracts many birds with Lime, Moringa, and Palm Trees with a hammock and swing adds a sense of relaxation and tranquility to the outdoor space and is only for the exclusive use of our guests renting the downstairs unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, it comes with a full-sized refrigerator, oven toaster grill, and dining area. The living space is an open concept, with newly updated appliances and granite countertops. There is also a coffee and tea bar, with local coffee and different teas, great for creating the perfect cup in the morning to start your day. The living space offers one large sofa and a smart TV, for downtime movie night.

The 2-bedroom unit can comfortably sleep 4 people, each bedroom has been decorated to give a feel of freshness and relaxation with wall painting and bamboo decoration. They come with a queen-sized bed with bamboo styled lighting, power outlets and USB charger points. Air conditioning and ceiling fan, bathroom ensuites and closet. Both showers have beautiful pebble designs and tiled walls that add a nice, Zen atmosphere. Both bedrooms have French doors that open to the garden and private patio outside.

Once you arrive to Casa Marea Azul, you will be able to enter with the code you have received. The keys are in the front door lock, and upon entering you can go down the spiral stairs to your new home. Check-out time is 11AM or contact Matt in advance if you need a later checkout or assistance with airport transport.

Please note there is a weekly cleaning fee of 40$ and extra cleaning can be organized if needed for the same fee. The road to the main plaza is now paved, and although it is an easy walk, those with mobility issues may want to rent a golf cart during their stay.

General Rules

No food or garbage left outside as it attracts animals and insects, use the trash cans available.
No pets aloud or bringing in of outside animals.
No outside visitors aloud overnight.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
