• No on-site laundry. Full-service laundry & dry cleaning 1 mile away at Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning
• No USPS delivery to property, please go to local post office to open PO Box for mail service
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request for $50 (includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning)
• Mid-stay cleaning is mandatory every 2 weeks ($50/clean) for stays over 14 days
• Rates include up to 4 guests; $20 per extra guest per night, up to max occupancy
