Just 20 minutes from Troyes, in a quiet and peaceful village, come stay in this lovely single-story detached home (accessible to guests with limited mobility), featuring 3 bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room on a fully fenced-in lot. The owners will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Heat pump, motorized shutters, and a motorized gate for your comfort. The property is not fully accessible to guests with limited mobility. Outdoor hot tub available in the summer. You’ll have access to a living area with an open kitchen, three double bedrooms (140x190 beds), a functional bathroom (extra-flat shower tray, bathtub, sink), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Outside, you’ll enjoy garden furniture with an awning, a plancha grill, and lounge chairs. You can park your vehicles in the enclosed courtyard, and a garage is available for your use. The house is equipped with an alarm system; the cameras are deactivated during your stay. Bath linens and household linens (dish towels, tablecloths, napkins) are included. End-of-stay cleaning and maintenance is set at €30. Sheets are available for rent. Heating and electricity are charged separately. Not accessible for people with limited mobility. Spa available from June through the end of September. Optional at 40€ per stay.
