This spacious, single-story detached house features a large, wooded lot with no neighbors in sight. On the first floor, the cottage features a living area with a sitting area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, as well as a bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom (shower + sink), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom (140x190 bed) with a walk-in closet, a bedroom (1 single bed), and another double bedroom (140x190 bed), as well as a full bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toilet). On the mezzanine, there is a relaxation and reading area with armchairs. Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The 3,500 m² property is not fenced. Electric heating and electricity are charged separately. Beds will be made upon arrival; linens and towels are provided, and housekeeping is included in the price of your stay.
