Parking for additional vehicles: Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations or coin meters. You can download the APP "Park Savannah" for easy payments from your phone

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street. Please call them with any questions about parking in the city.

This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.

The house is located near Washington Square, a primarily residential part of Savannah's Historic District. This quiet neighborhood offers residents and visiting guests a relaxing spot while within walking distance of the vibrant downtown attractions. It is a short 2-block walk to Historic River Street and the Savannah River.
The property has one garage parking space. Other vehicles must use metered, on-street parking.
Getting Around:
This location is one block from River Street and Broughton Street. A very walkable location to most of the must see spots in the Historic District!
