Booked and paid for a king room, only to be told upon arrival that king rooms were sold out!!! Not good at all! TV casting did not work. A/C unit was extremely loud. Disappointing stay. Won’t use Hotels.com again.

Our room had a couple lights/outlets that didn’t work which was hard to enjoy reading at night and we couldn’t use the blow dryer in the bathroom. Other than that the room was nice and we really liked that it was big! The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed.

Hyatt Place Savannah Airport is our first choice

The staff here is quite literally the friendliest of any hotel I have stayed at in the past 5 years. And i'm not saying that i've had bad staff or service elsewhere. It is just that everyone here genuinely seems to care about their job, greeting us with smiles whether it is 12:30am or 8:30am. We stayed here on our halfway to Orlando several times now, and we will continue to choose this location when possible.

Spacious Accommodations

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there are 2 Televisons in the room. I wish they had microwaves in the room but this hotel chain doesnt put micorwaves in the rooms you have to take your food downstairs to the lobby to warm up. We had driven 12 hours to get to this hotel which was our selected overnight resting spot. Cory at Check in was Very Friendly and Professional. I would definite recommend this hotel but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a top floor becuase the walls and floors are thin.

Room was great except the deadbolt did not latch. Door out of alignment? While at hotel we had a boil water mandate. The beverage/water refrigerator in the lobby was not working, so everything was warm. Bad timing.

We booked this hotel as a stopping point on our way down to Disney. We checked in around 11:15. All went smoothly until we got to the room. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. When we went to call the lobby to ask for bedding, the phone was broken (didn’t even have buttons so not sure why it was even in the room). Then, my son spotted a bug on the bed. It was a bug I had never seen before. A quick picture and google image search confirmed it was a bed bug. We quickly gathered our things and got out of there. The last thing we want to bring on vacation with us is bed Bugs! The staff didn’t seem too concerned or surprised when we told them, but they did give us a refund with no problems. Hopefully this is just an isolated incident, but we would never stay here again!
