The hotel charged my debit card twice took over a month to get a refund never got a refund . Finally got in touch with the bookerper Rhonda she said it was through hotels.com. got in touch with them they stated and my bank stated it was the hotel Got in touch with Rhonda again and she said she did a credit but it was done as a debit again so I paid for a room 3 times.When I called back Rhonda has a very nasty attitude still haven't got a credit over a month got to go to the bank and file a dispute.Room smelled bad like mildew .Property is run down.I was only there long enough to sleep in that room and the carpet was wet.I will never stay there again.Maybe I can get my money back.It even says 7 to 10 days on the refund and 34 days later still no refund and this morning they took it out again but claim it was a credit.So far cost me 250.dollars for one night

The place was decent for a one-night stay. The room was clean, and it seems like they’re making improvements to keep things updated. There was a slight old carpet smell, but it wasn’t too bad. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There’s a pool available, but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

The front desk black lady that works in the morning is very rude and nasty for no apparent reason to myself and other guest her demeanor is NASTY her tone of voice is NASTY… she puts people on dnr because of own feelings this hasn’t been my first time experiencing her NASTY ass attitude I’ll never stay here again let alone have my company do business with quality inn as long as she’s with them

I would say about my stay is that you get what you pay for. I would say for the discount this room was alright for a one night stay but I would never choose it as an average stay for more than two days max. Everything from the pool to the bathroom are showing both age and signs of quick fixes but again for the money 💰 I won’t complain but I would advise anyone that its worth it to pay the extra few bucks for a little better of a luxury.
