This was a wonderful property to stay at. The location was ideal—close to many restaurants, bars, and boutiques—and we always felt safe. It was just a couple of streets from City Walk, and the walk to River Street was quick and easy.We stayed for four nights in March and would absolutely choose to stay here again on a future visit to Savannah. The bedroom is spacious, and one feature we really appreciated was that it has no windows, as it’s located in the middle of the building. This made the room dark and quiet, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep.The living room and kitchen were bright, airy, and filled with natural light, making the space very comfortable for our stay. The host was also very responsive during the booking process, which made everything smooth and easy.

Had a great time! The unit is very spacious and clean. It’s easy to walk to river street and lots of other restaurants and bars. We parked in the MLK deck from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning and it was under 40. No issues with safety/security and it’s just one block away. There is a decent amount of bar noise around at night, but that comes with the territory where the building is located and we knew it going in from other reviews. It honestly wasn’t bad in the bedroom with the door shut. Would definitely stay here again if we end up back in Savannah.

Great location; very easy walking to all the shops, restaurants, and squares. Beautifully furnished and comfy. The kitchen however, not for cooking and the coffee bar, let me just say I had to go to Bitty and Bows early for our first coffee. Biggest problem, the Disco across the alley (maybe ten feet); music and shaking walls until after 2:00 AM. First VRBO I would be unable to recommend

Location: You simply cannot beat the location. You are right on Broughton Street (great shopping and restaurants, and you can walk from there into all of the beautiful neighborhoods, which have several quaint little parks, including Forsythe Park which is definitely worth seeing. Heading in the other direction, you are only a few blocks from the River Front, which has some great restaurants, bars, and great views. If you love a great fish sandwich - go to The Cotton Exchange down on the river. Cool, historical restaurant.The Condo/Unit: This place is as advertised. It was extremely clean, impressively decorated and appointed, and felt very safe and comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable, quiet, and dark. Great for sleeping after a long day of walking around this wonderful city. I recommend you bring a sound machine for sleeping, as there is a somewhat loud bar behind the condo, but the bedroom is on the other end, so you really don't hear it. No Biggie. Paula was extremely attentive to any questions or concerns we had, which was comforting for us, coming all the way from Michigan. If you're going to stay in Savannah (especially if there are only two of you), you cannot find a better location or rental to choose from. We will be back and we will absolutely stay in this rental again.Parking: There's a parking garage 2 blocks away on Montgomery St. Parking is 20/day. DO NOT back into a parking space in any of the garages. 50 Fine. Learned this the hard way. Enjoy

This is a beautiful apartment with an incredible location. We literally parked our car and didn’t pick it up for two days. We were able to walk everywhere. I had a question for the management company, and it was answered almost immediately. We used the MLK parking garage, and our car was safe for three days. Because the apartment is right in the middle of everything, there was some street noise, but it didn’t bother us while we slept. Just an overall great stay!
