We would really like to see their restaurants reopen. We always enjoyed eating there. Also would like to see more handicap parking. 2 spots are not sufficient for an aging population. On the whole, we love this place and will be returning. Thank you.

Perfect location

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Ojibway. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. If you want to be near the Soo Locks and the tourist shops you can’t beat the location. The park was across the street. Our suite was huge. A bit dated in some items, but very nice. We stopped in the downstairs pub to unwind after a busy day, which was very convenient.

You checked in there was no problems they have a bar kind of limited hours but there is a lot of restaurants and bars in that area and a lot of tourist shops to go to we just have to be going up here for our anniversary and it was a nice getaway been encounter any problems everyone was very kind and they had information on the area as you had to do was ask I recommend this place and we'll be back again thanks for an easygoing time

Nice place

A very nice old hotel. It was very clean and staff was pleasant. The breakfast had only a few choices to select from and there was no decafe coffee in the lobby.

Not much. Hotel doesn’t even have water fountain.. hotel advertise they have bar and restaurant on site but they do not have any bar and restaurant. Room has some musty smell. Towel also smells musty.. all in all I sincerely didn’t enjoy my stay.

Our room had 3 skylight windows on the side of the room facing the water and The Soo Locks. This motel is perfectly located right downtown to walk to shopping, dining and The Soo Locks.

Nice but over priced for what you get. You're definitely paying for the convenience in proximity to the Locks and to shopping and dining. The rooms are out-dated and not well-lit which contributes to the feeling of lack of cleanliness. The bathroom could definitely use some remodel (toilet ran constantly, sink didn't drain well and didn't have a stopper which made the sink look kinda gross). Beds were small (double) but comfy and all linens were very clean. The "breakfast" is packaged muffins and danishes, apples, oranges, 3 kinds of cereal and small individual yogurts. We visited on a weekend which meant the coffee was consistently empty. Staff did their best to keep it stocked but maybe a bigger coffee pot would be beneficial. There really is no great view of the Locks from the hotel due to trees that have grown up around the area. No fault of the hotel but still a bummer for being so close and hoping to "overlook the Soo Locks" and have a "magnificent view" as advertised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt we paid more than what it was worth.
