This cozy, completely updated manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and two baths. This property is under 1,000 sq ft and fits a max of 4 adults or family of 5 comfortably. Brand new galley style kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, windows, doors, siding, Includes a wood burning fireplace and all new appliances.

The views are amazing. Brand new front and back decks allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

Kayaks available for use. This is the perfect location to enjoy your EUP adventures.

Also we have 4 pair of snow shoes available for use and trails close by. Even across the street. Also we have 6 pair of ice cleats for a trip to the amazing Aben ice caves.

Great location if you want to see the eastern side of the UP. Beautiful lakefront within a short walk of a light house. Cabin was exactly as described in the listing.
