"The Good: Breakfast was good, hot and done well.
The Bad: Housekeeping didn't leave us any soap/shampoo and we had to go down to the front desk. The person there was very helpful and took care of that problem quickly.
The Ugly: The mattress was VERY hard. Normally hotels have firm mattresses, but this one was almost solid and very difficult to sleep on - especially on your stomach or sides."
