This modern, comfortable cottage is ideally located on the edge of fields, benefiting from breathtaking views of nature. This 49m² dwelling comprises :

- a large enclosed garden and spacious terrace equipped with a dining table, barbecue and sun loungers perfect for relaxing moments in the sun,
- a convivial lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace,
- an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- a second bedroom with two single beds,
- bathroom with shower.

- parking for one vehicle,
- two recharging points for electric vehicles are available during your stay.

→ The pool will be closed in May and June 2026 due to renovations; it is scheduled to reopen on July 1.
The pool will now be used without the dome due to damage caused by Storm Nils. Active guests will appreciate the basketball court, swing set and pétanque court.

Explore the ocean beaches of Capbreton, Labenne Océan and Hossegor, just 10 km away, or set off on an adventure along the many cycle paths and hiking trails. The Marais d'Orx nature reserve, 6 km away, is a must for nature lovers. For a day trip, the Pays Basque, with Espelette 49 km and Biarritz 40 minutes away, as well as Spain 45 minutes away, offer a rich and varied culture and landscape.
