We welcome you to the Landes coast, at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain, for a comfortable stay for two. Just 10km from the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor, our rental is ideally located for exploring the ocean, the dunes, golf, and enjoying all kinds of water sports while enjoying a relaxing setting. Our cottage, clad in wood, is modern and bright. Arranged on one level (one step at the entrance), it comprises a living room with a TV lounge area (single sofa bed. An additional guest can be accommodated for an additional €10/night) and Wi-Fi, a dining area and an open-plan equipped kitchen (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination oven/grill, and microwave), a south-facing bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a bathroom (extra-flat shower, washing machine) with toilet. Baby equipment can be provided upon request: a travel cot and high chair. A private covered terrace of 18m² extends the indoor living space with garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. It offers a lovely view of the family vegetable garden, which is tended daily but discreetly. Parking is available in the property's private parking lot (which also includes the owners' house).
