Fee for hotel included entrance to wellness facility next door. It was first class including lockers and showers, steam room, very nice hot tub, and 2 indoor pools, as well as outdoor pool. Don’t forget to bring bath towel from room as they don’t provide towels. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation and restaurant was closed. They were still able to provide very good buffet breakfast.

Was a comfortable stay, great location for us visit the Ferrari museum. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. We was invited to a local party which was really nice, we wasn’t feeling well and we was gutted we couldn’t attend. Staff were friendly. We was disappointed with the spa and pools, we weren’t aware of the €20 fee per person prior to booking and didn’t visit. It’s a little bit misleading on the listing.

Beautiful hotel sorrounded by nature by a thermal water complex. If you want to try the pools they'll give you a cheaper rate ($15). Place is super clean, quiet, outdoor restaurant and bar. Beautiful

Disappointing visit- not is all as it seams!

Nothing open, no in-house bar or restaurant (all closed as I guess its off-season, but this is not made clear in the advertising). Closest facility 20 min walk away. Staff not very helpful (apart from one friendly receptionist who was present around 10am each morning). Shower leaked and made significant puddle in bathroom, told it was because it was a disabled shower and needed to close the screen in a certain way, which made no difference. Selected at it had a gym (which along with the spa was a good facility for a hotel) but this does not appear to be part of the hotel hence you have to pay EUR10 per visit- not a major expense but this is certainly not made clear when booking. Maybe a better facility in the summer??????

The receptionist was super polite and incredibly kind. The decor is dated, I mean 1985 dated. There were cigarette burns in the headrest of our bed. There were deep scratches in the faux wood floor. Finally the flush panel for the toilet had accummalated a couple years of grime and muck inside the crease where it meets the plastic molding. The breakfast had alright items except for the dirty dish water looking cappuccino that the bar lady made. I feel a bit petty mentioning this bit but coffee in Italy is like barbeque in Texas, everyone knows what right looks and taste like. We didn't even use the spa/thermal springs. they wanted us to pay to rent towels, I could not in good conscience spend more money on an experience that can only be described in two words. Hot Garbage

Relaxing, pleasant atmosphere!

Hotel is also a spa, with free use of the on-site pool, sauna, etc. The included breakfast was amazing with most of what Americans are used to eating. This hotel mostly caters to Italians, but the desk clerks spoke English quite well and we were very well taken care of. The hotel could use a little updating, but everything works well. Showers are typical for Italy, but smaller than we are used to. Double beds are actually 2 twins combined to make a king-sized bed. Mattresses were not the most comfortable, but we still slept quite well. Would absolutely go back!

Pleasant staff and central location

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Suited our purposes as it was close to the Ferrari Museum and a short drive into Modena. Restaurant not great, limited menu choice but nice restaurants in Sassuolo. Grounds pretty. Beds comfortable. Free internet connection very helpful when travelling.

Du bien et du moins bien

Très déçu que le restaurant était fermé. Il semble qu’il n’y a plus de restaurant. Ils nous ont conseillé quelques restaurants et nous en avons choisi un très bon. La chambre est très propre et très grande. Nous avions 2 salles de bains avec évier, bidet, wc et douche. Pour la douche, il faut être très mince… je devais rentrer mon ventre pour pouvoir rentrer dans la douche… Avec la chambre, nous avions accès à la piscine des thermes mais pas au thermes. C’est vieillot mais correct.

Mala experiencia. Nunca más.

Muy disgustado. En la habitación hubo una fuga de agua, no me avisaron y no se podía dormir por el mal olor, se limitaron a decir que lo sentían pero que el hotel estaba lleno y no podían hacer nada. No tuvieron ningún detalle de ningún tipo conmigo. No voy a ir más y no recomendaré este hotel a nadie.
