The apartment also features a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and ample free parking. A public transit stop is located 50 meters from the apartment entrance, serving the following routes: Maranello, Sassuolo, Modena, Vignola, and Bologna.

Guests have 90 square meters at their disposal, divided as follows:
a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining area and a relaxation area, two double bedrooms complete with four-door wardrobes, and a bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower stall.
