The standard double room is located on the first floor facing the street and measures approximately 25 m². It consists of a small entryway with a closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed, a dining table with two chairs, a small refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The room includes free internet access and a parking space.

Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach at Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing vacation.
The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished vacation apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
