The entrance staff especially Abdul was great. The room we stayed in was ok but the floors which are vinyl were quite dirty. The sheets on both beds were only partially over the mattress so no attention to detail. I would recommend you take an extra pair of shoes or slippers just to walk on the floors as my socks were quite dirty after walking on them. The exercise room was good and resonably clean. The event rooms for different funtions were good. Did not use food or beverage service so cannot comment on them.

Room 194 complete garbage for the price. For 577 dollars it felt like we slept in a closet. The furnace sounded like a train coming through the wall when it would kick in. The water pressure sucked and wouldnt stay a consistent temperature. The tv wasnt even straight on the wall. Lamp shades couldnt even be straightened. Overall garbage and will never go back.

Staff were great, good check in. Room was ok. My room was between a hallway and a swimming pool on the second floor. Extremely noisy, lots of loud people in hallway and even louder noise from pool area. Not ideal when you are trying to sleep.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and very welcoming....they brought cookies to my two kids. The rooms need work though.....there are no mats in the entryway and with it being wintertime this brought dirt and muck everywhere so I had to use a towel as a mat. The tub has no non slip grips or mat and I slipped (catching myself thank goodness) my daughter slipped many times while I was showering her. The walls in the bathroom had hair (not mine) all over it I had to clean the wall and the towel rack was covered in dust so I cleaned that as well. The baseboards are coming out of the walls. The lights have a very loud hum to them. But we love the theme it is so cute and my kids loved it so much!! The pools are amazing so much fun especially the water park! We wish it was a bit more clean and in better condition but we love the themes they are really fun!!! And the staff has been very nice, especially when I went to complain about some very noisy and rowdy kids!! They tried to rearrange our rooms but it wasn't the same theme room so we stayed because my daughter was so excited to be in the fishy room!!!

We had a comfy room and cld have slept good except some other guests were up real noisy until 5 am ! I never think to call front desk to complain. The swimming pool was great ! Just wish we had more time to enjoy it..will next time. Our room was nice except it was not swept and mopped well. There was dirt on the floor around the walls and even a cheezie (not ours) by the main area.
