Clean, modern rooms,comfortable beds and linens. Friendly, pleasant,staff at check-in. Loved the availability of the shuttle. What rooms are lacking is a mirror outside of bathroom, a magnifying mirror IN bathroom ,a fan in bathroom,instructions on how to use the coffee machine.

Beautiful, newly renovated rooms. Pool is closed until the end of October but they are issuing vouchers at any of the city's leisure facilities. Secure parking and close the river and downtown.

What an absolutely disappointing stay. Before check in we received an email stating that the pool would be under renovation until September 30th. No problem, it’s October 17th. Nope, still shut down. The rooms are soooooo hot and uncomfortable after having cool on for 5+ hours we called down to get a fan because it’s unbearable. For a beautifully renovated room, the tv is awful. No smart features that actually work, so stuck with a crap remote fighting to try and watch anything on tv. 1/10 for this overpriced stay.

There were 3 bugs in the room walking around. Hair on the bathroom floor and the AC wall unit was Making such a loud noise we had to turn it off to sleep and it got hot. Unfortunately, there were vagrants in the parking lot and a drunk in the lobby. Not the hotel I was expecting.
