The room was clean but dated. We just needed some where clean and cheap to stay for a couple of nights and this was the perfect place. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in, lobby is clean, open and light. Rooms are small, smaller than I was expecting but adequate. We have a microwave and fridge which was great. We added on the breakfast for a minimal fee and had the buffet breakfast. It was quick, easy and hot. Eggs, bacon, French toast, hash browns, toast available. Next day we had pancakes and sausage substituted. No complaints. I did read The rooms do not get cleaned everyday and are set to being cleaned every 3 days if you have a longer stay, so I can definitely see the need to ask for house keeping or new towels. On the map it seems “across the city” from where we needed to be but it was a quick 10min drive around and super easy to get back and forth for our locations. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay, it was exactly what we needed.

The breakfast was supposed to be included, but they gave us a breakfast voucher with limited options to choose from. One cup of coffee, one slice of bread. In comparison with other hotels that I stayed at, Heritage Inn Hotel is awful. I would never go back again.

The staff was very welcoming and super friendly! Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable! We couldn’t stay the next day for breakfast however we stopped in to see what they had… The staff there too, was adamant that we take it to go bag with some food because we we’re entitled to is! So awesome!!
