parking lot not very clean, no breakfast available, no ice or ice machine, no glasses in room, no mat to put wet snowy boots, no blanket, only sheets on bed, tv channels inadequate, no facial tissue. Only good thing about hotel was friendly staff.

When I arrived to the hotel my reservation was cancelled, and no one could tell me why this happened. The hotel Is a complete dump. I would strongly advise Expedia to remove themselves from 3 rd party booking of this hotel. Dirty, unorganized and old.

Just passing through for a couple days (hockey tournament) and only needed a clean place to sleep. Needed to check out after one night. Very dirty, fixtures broken in room (also a strange choice to use large exterior lighting in room), no breakfast, very loud in the middle of the night, lack of staff at front desk. The hotel was good enough to cancel the rest of my reservation, which I do appreciate.

room was cold, no furniture in the room besides the bed,,stated free breakfast a box of doughnut in the front desk no napkin no coffee not even water. Can you call that breakfast? smoke free but in the hallway smells cigarette heating is not good.

Amazing place to stay! Very friendly staff. I was given false information about breakfast and I over reacted in my first review! One staff member went and got donuts for the travellers to try and at least makeup for It there original cook is very sick and there newest cook won’t be back from out of country till mid next Week. I specifically picked this hotel for there amazing free breakfast and I’ve been here almost a week and every morning I go to the desk and ask if there is going to finally be breakfast and they look at me like I have 10 heads so absolutely frustrating especially when they tell you that they’re going to try their hardest for the next day and the next day comes and they’ve done nothing
