We travel to Sarnia Ontario 2 or 3 times a year and have stayed at many of the hotels there. The Hamptons by far is our favorite, from the amazing staff, to the overall cleanliness and comfort, we will not stay anywhere else. We love everything about this hotel.

Jay at front desk upon checkin was most excellent and professional he changed our room from a double to a 2 queen room which expedia messed up even though the person we talked to on the phone said the hotel can't do that, he also unclogged the tub drain which was clogged before we came. The room was also cold and the temp was not regulating correctly had it to 80deg and eventually it started to heat up. The unit was very noisy all night making for a terrible sleep experience the breakfast was pretty limited in choices. If it wasn't for Jay this place doesn't deserve a star
