Had an extended summer stay in Sarlat while we were relocating. Fantastic experience! Hosts were extremely attentive and delightfully friendly despite our very broken French. Location is perfect with everything you could need very close by, the apartment is basically right on the town walls. Nice apartment with everything you could need, yes a few stairs, but really not a hassle, need to walk off the delicious pastries anyway!

Exceptional Stay

Every once in a while, you find a vacation rental that is truly exceptional. That was the case with this beautiful apartment that provides an exceptional way to see Sarlat la Caneda. Located in an historic building steps from the centre of the ancient town, the suite is spacious and has modern amenities including a well-stocked kitchen. Despite the location, it is very quiet and private. The highlight for us was the outdoor terrace area, with its beautiful seating areas and bird's eye views of the town. Jean Luc was a perfect host, and even went to heroic measures to let us know we forgot our passports on departure day. Note that carrying luggage up to the third floor is required here, and the free parking is located a short but steep walk to a lot behind the house. Both of these things were acceptable us, particularly since everything else was so exceptional. Looking forward to returning.

Sarlat dordogne

6h de route pour decouvrir la dordogne,departement riche par sa culture,sa gastronomie,ses panoramas à couper le souffle,ses petits villages nichés dans une végétation dense. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre accueil de notre hôte. son apparte est hyper sympa situé au coeur pratiquement de sarlat... la terrasse ensoleillée est un réel bonus pour ce logement coquet et confortable.pas toujours aisé de se garer devant cette coprieté, neanmoins, il existe deux parkings non payant(appreciable)à quelques pas de l immeuble. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour à Sarlat dans le ce logement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sarlat, village de charme avec beaucoup d'activités et de patrimoine à voir dans les envirions.Ce logement était très adapté (avec un bébé de 18 mois notamment), très fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse bien exposée. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte.

nous avons passé le réveillon à Sarlat ,l'appartement est parfait le propriétaire très agréable et passionné par sa région .L'appartement est à100m du centre historique ,pas besoin de bouger la voiture.Dommage que c'était au mois de janvier j'aurai bien aimé profiter du barbecue et de la terrasse qui complète le charme du logement.

Un superbe endroit

L’appartement de Jean-Luc et Tiphaine est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse et ses équipements, bien décoré et aménagé. Il est idéalement situé au centre-ville de Sarlat (2min à pied de la cathédrale) ! L’accueil et la communication avec eux a été parfaite autant sur le fonctionnement de l’appartement que sur les conseils de visites dans cette région touristique! Jean-Luc nous a accueillies avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée très tardive et notre retard. Nous recommandons ce lieu à 100%. Merci encore pour ce séjour!

Urlaub in einer mittelalterlichen Stadt

Sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung, 2-3 Minuten zum zentralen Marktplatz, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, kurze Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus möglich (1 Std. frei), längeres Parken mit kleinem Fußweg kostenfrei. Wohnung im 3. Stock anstrengend, dafür wunderschöne Terrasse zum Entspannen. Aufmerksame, gute Betreuung durch Vermieter. Gute, designorientiert eingerichtete Wohnung, Ausstattung der Küche gut bis befriedigend, für 2-3 Personen aber ausreichend für Frühstück und gelegentliches Kochen, keine Spülmaschine. Badezimmer geräumig, duschen nur in der Badewanne, Wasserdruck sehr mässig. Alles in allem schöne Wohnung in einer beeindruckenden Stadt zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Reizende Wohnung zentral zur Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist absolut zentral, ruhig, großzügig, bestens ausgestattet und sehr ansprechend und persönlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich. Die Terasse ist groß und gut möbliert. Leider gab es in diesem Jahr wegen des vielen Regens viele Mücken auf der Terasse. Uns wurde aber versichert, dass das sonst nicht so ist. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und konnten sogar wegen des schlechten Wetters einige Stunden eher anreisen. Jean-Luc gab uns eine ausführliche Einweisung und Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Stadt ist mittelalterlich und sehr gut erhalten mit viel Atmosphäre. Es gibt im Umkreis von 30km sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und den Besuch von prähistorischen Stätten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt in Sarlat und der Umgebung sehr genossen.

Appartement très agréable idéalement situé dans Sarlat

Appartement très agréable au 3eme étage d'un petit immeuble avec une superbe terrasse. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville de Sarlat à pied. Le stationnement est payant devant l'immeuble mais deux parkings publics à proximité permettent de trouver assez facilement une place.

Vacances réussies !!!

Vacances extra à Sarlat, régal des yeux et des papilles ! Cerise sur le gâteau : un hébergement au top ! et que dire de la terrasse, havre de paix, détente et énormément de charme très appréciée après nos balades à travers le Périgord noir aux merveilleux villages et paysages. Barbecue et apéritifs dans un si joli décor confortable et intime, nous avons merveilleusement dormi dans de bons lits très confortables ! Je recommande chaleureusement cet hébergement à 2 mn de la citée médiévale. Merci à Jean-Luc pour tout ça.

TB mais trompeur

L’appartement est bien agencé, bien équipé et décoré. Un problème cependant, les photos laissent penser qu’il s’agit d’un rez-de-chaussée (terrasse arborée, jardinet) or il s’agit d’un 3ème étage sans ascenceur. Pour des personnes âgées ou de jeunes parents avec poussette etc ça peut être compliqué. L’annonce devrait le préciser.

Sites remarquables à visiter Logement très confortable et décoré avec goût Belle terrasse sans vis à vis Mais il serait peut-être judicieux de préciser sur l'annonce que l'appartement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur. La liste des Services et équipements est inexacte, je n'ai pas vu de sèche-cheveux ni de planche et fer à repasser ...
