Welcome to this pretty little house in Sarlat!
Nestled in a green setting, you are only a few minutes from the historic heart of Sarlat (3 minutes by car) and the main sites of the Dordogne and Vézére valleys (castle of Castelnaud, Beynac...) village of Domme and La Roque Gageac, Lascaux caves ...)

After days full of discoveries, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with a view of the garden as well as the benefits of the Spa from April to the end of September.
We welcome you on the day of your arrival.

In this pretty house of 50m2, you have at your disposal:
A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped living room-kitchen, a balcony terrace of 40m2, a private parking, barbecue, garden furniture...

We rent next to this small cottage a larger cottage for 8 people: independent entrance and parking, not overlooked.

Excellent stay

Wonderful place, plenty of space and parking easy. Came back after day trips and the building stayed nice and cool considering the heat, temperatures of 39. Facilities good but after a week a washing a machine better rather than a dish washer. Would recommend if you want peace and idea for Sarlet town.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Trotzdem ist alles was man benötigt, wie zum Beispiel einen Bäcker in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit sehr gutem Bett und einer tollen Küche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen!

Très agréable séjour en Dordogne

Logement fort agréable, à l’abri des regards indiscrets, calme, entouré de verdure, le logement est parfait, très propre et fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très à l’écoute !

Bonne adresse

Un séjour parfait. Le logement est très agréable, propre et fonctionel. Une situation au calme et proche de la ville. Une belle terrasse ombragée ou l'on peut profiter du grand jardin. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Superbe location idéalement située à 20mn à pied du centre de Sarlat dans un écrin de verdure et de silence sans aucun vis-à-vis... Sans oublier le Jacuzzi ! Excellente communication avec le propriétaire... Bref que du bonheur !!! On reviendra avec plaisir

TRES BON SEJOUR

Très bon accueil de notre hôte, sympathique et très réactif à nos demandes. La location est située dans un écrin de verdure, sans vis à vis. Le centre ville de Sarlat est proche (15 à 20 mn à pieds). Location conforme aux photos, meublée avec soin. Un lave linge serait un plus. La liste des équipements dans l'annonce mériterait d'être complétée. Le petit plus : un branchement est à disposition pour les véhicules hybrides ou électriques. Nous recommandons cette location.

Gite restauré de belle façon alliant le confort de la modernité (cuisine à l'américaine, salle de douche et chambre) avec le charme des vieilles pierres. Jardin agréable et dépaysant à deux pas du centre-ville (environ 1.5 km). Mr Belliard est un hôte agréable et prévenant.
