Staying at B&B's is often hit or miss. Brunswick is a home run! It has everything you want - shabby chic charm, perfect location (on the main drag Union St across from the historic race track that is lined with similarly charming Victotian homes), and exceptionally friendly staff. We were impressed with the breakfast menu. There was an actual menu with entres and sides choices. Food was delicious. We also liked the contactless check in.

Our first stay at this B&B in Saratoga Springs and we cannot wait to return. The entire home was sparkling clean, the rooms very comfortable and well done with extremely nice linens. We especially enjoyed the great water pressure and new rain shower head. It started our day off beautifully topped with a breakfast menu that satisfied every guest’s favorites. We so enjoyed both our innkeepers. Sarah was the perfect breakfast server and her husband gets 5 stars for his well prepared and tasty breakfasts. Both Sarah and her husband were so friendly and nice, which really added to a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Michele C July 2026
