Hotel charges us for a rollway bed even though they knew we were a family of 5 and knew we would need 1 extra bed. Also zero flexibility on late check out even though the hotel was nowhere close to fully booked. They could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. I dont think we'll be back anytime soon unfortunately.

Rooms are comfortable, front desk staff pleasant and it's efficient. Parking is not great, as it shares parking with the casino and most close spots are taken so luggage might be a tough haul. The hotel would be vastly improved if they had an option for breakfast. There is a strange little self service cafe with coffee and a microwave. We saw several people leave with their coffee without paying - as the cash register is also self serve. It is adequate but much more downscale than a hotel like this deserves.
