Needed to have new bed linens put on bed because of musty odor. Requested this before dinner, went out, 2 hours later still not done. The front desk offered to give me new linens so i could change the sheets which i have not done in a hotel..isnt not making your bed one luxury of traveling ? They finally showed and did it. The next night the room wasnt serviced until after 5pm. I think they must be short staffed because there was only 1 person and she was working hard.

Opted for a digital key, still had to go through the check in process for some reason. Many of the doors to the rooms were very scuffed and need paint. Got to the room, and it wasn't the same as we reserved online which should have accommodated 3 people. Was offered either an air mattress (!!) or a new room. Was moved to a new room, opened the door, and it was an occupied room with someone else's stuff in it! Thankfully they were not there, but it could have been a very bad situation if they were. Was moved a third time to a new room, which was unoccupied, but not the same type of room was reserved. Was given complimentary breakfasts for all guests (3). Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am, waking one of our guests. I was surprised they did that since it was our check out day and we had not checked out yet. The breakfast was not great, the oiliest omelette I have ever had and I was thankful we didn't actually pay for it. I will be reaching out for some compensation for paying for a larger, better room and not getting it and just the overall hassle of having to move rooms three times.

This is an ok place to stay. We went to a concert and just needed to sleep after so we stayed one night before hitting the road. Staff didn't provide us with usual information (location of elevator, wifi, room number and location). Things we could figure for ourselves but just was odd as it wasn't the usual ive gotten from other places. The room was average. Some outlets didn't work. Some areas had dust/grime/build up. The shower water pressure was good but the bathroom (and whole room actually) could use an update. The TV remote was worn and had tape around it. Just little nuances. Overall if we had to stay here again we might, but it wouldn't be our first choice

A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.
