The location is incredible. The room is very nice and spacious. The fact that you get two drinks for happy hour per person and the appetizers were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good wonderful value.

We really love it here! The room size and breakfast and staff are really great. However, the sofa bed mattresses in two rooms we have stayed in now were really awful - you can feel every spring. I hope that these will be updated because this is otherwise such a great place for our family of 5, and we’d love to make it our regular place when we visit family in Saratoga, but it’s tough if we can’t all get sleep. Thank you!

We love everything about this hotel - room size, nice lobby, nice pool, GREAT included brunch. The one downside is that the pullout couch mattress (which we need for a fifth family member) is really not fit for a human to sleep on. You can feel every spring. We hope that the sleep sofas will be updated in the renovation!

Generally, a nice room - spacious. Three towels for four people.Check-in knew we had four people. They should’ve said there are only three towels provided - is this enough? First night impossible to sleep on the wires poking through the mattress of the pullout couch. Also no top sheet nor thick mattress pad provided or warm blanket.The “egg carton” mattress topper - wasn’t a huge improvement. Buy a new mattress for the couch. At least our room was not near the loud 24 seven lousy music outside the elevators like last year. Turn it off. Breakfast was good though.

We always choose to stay at this hotel when we visit Saratoga. However we found dog poop in our room, which led me to believe that they may be lacking in cleanliness. We notified the staff and they cleaned it up but I was still disappointed.
