Nice Property, Poor Management

We chose this house largely because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool turned green while we were there. I notified the property manager who essentially blamed me because I didn't tell them about the pool turning green until near the end of our trip. It is not the guest's responsibility to maintain amenities like pools. Additional problems: Multiple lights not working or missing light bulbs, pool also had debris in it, lots of junk outside of the house, one electrical outlet had no cover on it, frayed metal wires on the steps and a door knob was unsecured and kept falling off.

Outstanding Stay/Amazing Tranquil Spot

A group of us (3x couples, 6 in total) stayed here from a Wed-Sun. Absolutely impressed with the property. Each room was very clean, comfortable beds with quality linens, high quality kitchen amenities, beach towels, chairs, and cooler provided, Heated pool was very clean (a couple leaves, but hey, its Florida!), extra bathroom near the pool/garage for convenience. Short drive to downtown, and to Siesta Key, but a quiet and safe neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

The pool was filthy, no electrical outlets in downstairs bathroom, 3rd bathroom in the garage, where is was hot. TV in Master upstairs did not work. And no TVs in lower 2 bedrooms.
