Our home is ideally situated between the sparkling Gulf beaches and the serene Anna Maria Sound. You're just a short walk from a smaller, more private beach in the city of Bradenton Beach. For more recreation, the bay is also within walking distance and features a baseball field, a basketball court, a playground, and a small launch area for canoes or kayaks.

Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the beach. For exploring further, the free island trolley stops nearby every 20 minutes, providing easy and charming transportation to the island's best restaurants, bars, and historic sights.

You will have private access to the entire elevated home, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience during your vacation. Although it's a back-to-back duplex, there are no shared amenities whatsoever.

Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house, keeping you connected and entertained during your stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you kindly observe the following rules:
• Maximum occupancy of the home includes all children and infants.
• A maximum of two vehicles are permitted per unit. RVs, campers, and trailers are not allowed.
• We are pet-friendly! Pets are considered but require prior written approval. A pet fee will be charged per stay.
• Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. We do require knowing what skill or task the animal has been trained to perform. Emotional support animals are subject to the standard pet fee.

By booking, guests agree to abide by all house rules and to be responsible for all costs associated with the repair or replacement of any damages that may occur during the stay.

Property was very clean. Very close to beach and quiet neighborhood. The only thing the house needs is a few more pots and pans and maybe a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Would rent again.

Needed repairs

The Master Bedrm TV wasn't booted properly, the dishwasher was broken, and the master bathroom toilet was running all night. However, to be fair, I did receive a quick response from the manager. He helped me with the TV but the other issues could not be handled immediately...it takes awhile to get a repair man. We would stay there again but perhaps the property should be checked more often for neccessary repairs!

HOOSIERS visit AMI Tree HOUSE

My family had a wonderful stay at AMI TREE HOUSE. We were walking distance from the beach, restaurants and only minutes away from anything we wanted to do. Tree house had THE BEST towels we've ever used! We give it 5 stars.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay in Bradenton. The beach was a quick walk and everything else was within a 20 min walk or five minute car ride. I would recommend renting bikes and riding up and down the island. The food was amazing. The Tree house was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed.

The best spring break

This property met all of our expectations and more! The decor was cute and practical. The walk to the beach was so short. And the beaches weren't crowded at all. The beds were super comfortable and just big enough for everyone (we came with our 3 kids- they took the big bedroom and we had the smaller one). This place was QUIET and faces an alley so it felt very private. We loved the shade of the big tree over the deck. We really appreciated the full kitchen. We cooked our own food every day because we enjoy that but also because we are a family of five and it's saves us money. The laundry and dryer were helpful too. I did a full load of laundry before we left and so we went home with clean clothes/towels. I also appreciated towels and sheets and paper products provided with no extra cost. We loved this place and would totally come back!

Enjoyable Springtime Getaway

We had a wonderful four-night stay at AMI Tree House, which was perfect for two adults and two teens. The place was quite comfortable, charmingly decorated, very clean, and quiet. The little balcony was a sweet spot for sipping coffee in the shade of the rubber tree. Just two minutes away by foot is an uncrowded and beautiful part of the beach. The grocery store and many dining options are just 5-10 minutes away by car. (Minor suggestions: Consider adding a full-length mirror and a few extra pots/pans/large bowls.) We truly enjoyed our stay at the Tree House and on AMI!

Quaint house

This quaint 2-bedroom was perfect for our party of three. Located one block from the bay and two blocks to the beach, this was a quiet location away from traffic. Neighbors were friendly and helpful and would wave hello. We rented bikes (avoid AMI rentals) but the property came with plenty of beach gear like a wagon, chairs, toys. The property owners had quick dry beach towels and even cute “makeup” towels for your face cleaning at night. We rarely cooked so cannot speak on how well the kitchen was stocked though we used the toaster and microwave daily. This property was extremely clean and felt so cozy!

Adorable beach house

The Tree house was adorable! A cute beach cottage feel with an affordable price. We loved the ease and location of walking to the beach within a block. It had all that was needed for a beach vacation including beach towels. Would definitely stay there again!

Family friendly!

We loved our stay in AMI! The property was very clean and a perfect size for our family of 4 (with two teen children). The kids loved having their own room and half bathroom. The kitchen and eating area were more than adequate for the few meals we prepared and ate at “home.” Only 2 short blocks to the uncrowded beach. It was nice to be a block off the main Gulf Drive traffic too. The outdoor shower was open air, but was set up well with a hose and shower. The laundry/storage room was a great perk! We left vacation with suitcases full of clean clothes! And there were plenty of beach supplies to borrow. There was some evidence of basic wear and tear throughout the property that any rental would have, but it was nothing to fuss over. We had an awesome stay!
