We are immediately adjacent to Sarasota's greatest family activity parks-Payne Park Within 50 yards of our front door is famous Legacy Walking Trail 2 blocks to Payne Park Frisbee Golf Course, Tennis and Skate Park.
Newly remodeled white shaker kitchen.
Vacation in this fresh open home. Near Downtown (2 min by car). With 12 minutes of St. Amands Circle, Lido or Siesta.
The space
Our home is meticulously maintained and sanitized by a professional cleaning company. White glove treatment! Property Manager is on call for any special needs.

1-Please do not sneak in pets. We love and welcome small dogs, but they must be listed.
2-Please do not use our Cloth towels to wipe off cosmetics . Also, please do not wash towels with other colors.
3-Kindly shake off sand before coming into the house and showering.
Also, please shake sand off clothes before loading the washing machine.
4-No wet towels , bathing suits,etc on the indoor furniture.
5-For Insurance reasons, Only Registered Guests may stay overnight.
6-No Hair Dye, tanning lotions allowed
7-Please be courteous to the next guest - do not cook with pungent spices
8-No smoking or open flames in the house
9-No cable tv , only Hulu
