The house is located in a gated community next to the Atlantic Forest, a place for rest and peace. Plenty of nature to explore, where you can appreciate the horizon and the splendid sunset from the house's balcony. The house offers a swimming pool, party room, changing rooms for the pool, a sports court, two barbecue areas, a wood-fired oven, a fireplace, a TV room, a living room and a dining room measuring 200 m², a copy room, and a spacious kitchen. The house is entirely on one level internally and has a veranda all around, making it round; the bedrooms have French doors. The house also has a chapel. It's difficult to describe everything the house offers, with its simplicity yet indescribable charm. The yard has space for about 7 cars and comfortably accommodates up to 23 people.
