This is the greatest location in the middle of GUARULHOS Central. The only issue was room cleaning, only done once by request only, but staff was great, and ordering room service meals was fantastic.

This place was great! The breakfast was yummy! All that was missing was free water and an elevator for us. But all in all it was spic and span! WhatsApp was very helpful and receptive

Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

Normal para dormir , porta do banheiro é aberta em cima e em baixo , Internet oscilando muito .Além disso a vista para o cemitério nao é tão agradável. Escadaria para subir com as malas prejudica tbm . Poderia colocar janelas anti barulho sonoro.

Ao chegarmos ao hotel, tivemos que aguardar por vários minutos na recepção, pois o quarto que estava reservado para nós havia sido disponibilizado para outro cliente. Por isso, fomos acomodados em um quarto muito pequeno, localizado ao lado da recepção, onde havia bastante barulho. Isso resultou em uma noite mal dormida. Além disso, não que me incomode, mas fica ao lado de uma cemitério!

Hotel aparentemente reformado, porém sem elevador e uma escada horrivel para acesso, estacionamento ruim pois depende de um funcionario ir abrir o portão e o estacionamento fica a alguns metros da localidade. Equipe visivilmente mal treinada e despreparada para atendimento, não tomei café da manhã no hotel, pois começam a servir as 07:00h. Vizinhaça tranquila (cemitério). A cama estava com um pé quebrado e toalhas asperas Não indico

Estadia perfeita. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tem estacionamento incluso no valor da hospedagem. Única coisa que faltou foi um secador de cabelo, não levei porque o meu é 220w e o Hotel não tinha. Uma hóspede me emprestou. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes.
