This was a disaster from beginning to end. Nowhere, when booking, does it say that this hotel does not have someone on site to check you in. Nor does it say that you will be texted a code to enter the gate and your room. And since my US phone does not have an international plan, I did not receive the information that would have allowed me to self check in. I did not know until I arrived at the property and saw the sign posted. Luckily I banged on the door and met a staff member who was just leaving. He accessed the reservation and checked me in but gave me no codes to return outside nor even leave my room. As far as I could tell there was no mini market nearby and no mini bar in the room. Upon leaving the next morning for the airport I saw a vending machine in the lobby. Lots of younger people coming ang going at all hours and lots of noise. It is close to the airport which is why I booked but I am ceryain, for the same price, you can find a hotel in the same area with live help. I would never stay there again and I urge the hotel to note the check.in protocol on the booking sites.

Boa opção próximo ao aeroporto! Processo de check-in on-line é um pouco longo e burocrático, porém pode ser realizado já logo após a reserva. Com o check-in feito e a senha do acesso ao quarto disponibilizado, o acesso é rápido. Quarto simples porém completo, com bom A/C e TV. Limpeza boa. Uma opção bem prática. Recomendo.

Fui dormir apenas por uma noite. A localização para quem vai embarcar no aeroporto de Congonhas é excelente. Menos de 1km. O quarto estava muito limpinho, toalhas, lençóis, banheiro, tudo limpo. Gostei, bastante.

Atendimento precário, barulho altas horas da noite

Seria excelente se não fosse o barulho após a meia noite e o mau atendimento! O barulho não só ultrapassou as 22 horas como foi além da meia noite! Comuniquei ao Hotel (por meio de um bilhete, porque não se vê ninguém responsável pelo hotel) e nada responderam sobre o caso; após a estadia me enviaram um e-mail sem noção que não dizia nada com nada acerca da reclamação do barulho. Por sorte, fiquei apenas um dia. Para quem quer ficar mais dias e pretende descansar, esqueça. Pra quem quer só festa e não liga pra barulho, esse é o local. O chuveiro é muito bom. O frigobar congelou o meu suco, de manhã tive que esperar descongelar para tomar, e tinha compromisso logo cedo, antes das 07:30 já fiz o check out. Horário ruim para check in. Atendimento precário, falhas de comunicação, fiquei com medo de sair e não conseguir voltar, pois apesar de falarem que tudo é autoatendimento, para ingressar tem que ter alguém para atender o interfone e liberar o acesso. O lugar é bonito, tem uma temática perfeita, mas deveriam melhorar o atendimento, a comunicação, o acesso e o controle sobre o barulho em horário inadequado, aí sim ficaria excelente.
