HORRIBLE

Horrible stay! Please don’t stay in this property! Nothing works! From the clothing washer machine, internet, tv, elevator and etc. People super rude And unprofessional. The washer got locked for 6 hours with my clothing inside. 2 technicians had to come to open it. ALL my clothing was damaged. I couldn’t sleep without the AC! WOrse experience of my life. I have been a loyal customer to Hotel.com for over 10 years and that is my first complaint or review. Please run from this place!

Localização boa, porém tivemos problema ao checkin porque não recebemos link de cadastro com antecedência para termos acesso ao prédio. Fiz reserva de apto para 4 pessoas e recebi um para 3. Comunicação depois das 19h não existe com a administração. Banheiros não estavam bem limpos na área do box. Senha do Wi-Fi fornecida não era a correta e não conseguimos conexão.

Muito bonito o apartamento mas falta limpeza. Limpeza em todos os apectos, nos sofás que estao manchados e qualquer empresa de limpeza limpa eles numa manhã. Nos banheiros tinham cabelo no box, nos dois. Nas pias havia pelos de barba. Os rejuntes do banheiro estao pessimos de sujeira. Na cozinha tinha louça mal lavada (com mercas de sujeira) guardada no armario. A pedra do parapeito da varanda estava oleosa de sujeira. Os cantos das paredes com poeira. O chao aparentemente estava limpo mas quando andavamos sem sapato rapidamente o pe ficava muito sujo. Pretendo voltar e me hospedar com voces na esperança de ter sido uma má sorte.

De longe a pior experiência que tive. Nao condiz com as fotos. Apto com as paredes cheias de mofo, infiltração, o quarto suite não tinha ar, nem janela. O banheiro da suite deste quarto O CHUVEIRO NÃO FUNCIONAVA. Ar condicionado só tinha no segundo quarto. Pagamos por um apto por 2 banheiros para termos que dividir UM. O que atrapalhou mto nosso cronograma. Os sabonetes líquido um nojo, tudo diluído e deveria estar velho a tempos ali, pela textura nojenta, o shampoo cheio de velho… não tinha tapete para o banheiro, disseram que iriam mandar no primeiro dia e nunca entraram em contato, o check in foi um transtorno, ficamos por mais de 1h na rua pois não tem portaria, ngm pra ajudar. Pq não recebemos o tal código e até o atendimento do app responder demorou mt. Por mta sorte um hóspede saiu e nos deixou entrar. Enfim… um dinehiro que não valeu nada a pena! Pagamso por algo que não nos foi entregue. Apenas a localização era ok.

Indubitavelmente, vivenciei a pior experiência de hospedagem com a Tabas by Blueground - empresa que administra imóveis na cidade de São Paulo. Amparado pela legislação e pelo Estado, há registro de Boletins de Ocorrências em desfavor da empresa em decorrência de práticas abusivas e discriminatórias que poderão ser tipificadas em atos ilícitos por violar os direitos e as garantias fundamentais que nos são assegurados (Lei 8078/1990), e por ferir à integridade e a dignidade humanas (Lei 10.406/2002).
