Apartamento tem um ótimo custo/benefício, acomoda 5 pessoas tranquilamente, próximo a vários pontos turísticos, no próprio prédio tem vários estabelecimentos, hamburgueria que funciona de madrugada e entrega no apartamento. Tem uma vista muito bonita, e tem utensílios para quem quiser preparar sua refeição.

Razoável

Fiquei no Ap 2204. Cabe 5 pessoas para dormir tranquilo. Tem TV boa e utensílios de cozinha de disponíveis. Mas, não é aconchegante. Teto do banheiro mofado, pintura a desejar. Janelas sujas, sofá desconfortável e velho. Para tomar banho e dormir, ok. Porém, para passar o dia dentro do apartamento é quase impossível pelo calor, pois não tem ar condicionado e é muito quente. Vale ressaltar que tem 2 ventiladores, um de teto e outro de parede. Resumindo, precisa de uma reforma, para melhor aconchego e conforto. Há unidades no prédio reformadas e mais confortáveis e aconchegantes.
