Good hotel with loud rooms

They got a very nice breakfast, clean room, quite good bed and is well located. But it's on the way of airplanes on their landing route to Congonhas airport. From 23h to 6h it's calm, but during the rest of the day there is the sound of an airplane landing every 5 minutes. It's a quite good hotel and it deserved noise proof windows

Don’t recomemend

Rude staff, slow with no intention of improving the stay. I stayed in room 1209, the shower door didn't close, the drain was blocked and the soap dish was falling out. I asked to change rooms and they said they couldn't. The cleaning of the room was very poor and the service was terrible. I don't recommend it even for one night

Dirty and incomplete

The room and bathroom were dirty and moldy. The bedding didn't fit the matress, there werent enough blankets. The curtains were loaded with dust that flew when opening. Breakfast was mediocre and staff was always on the way and didn't know what kind of foods they had. The keycards didn't work most of the time. The swimming pool was dingy and dirty, so was the gym. We won't be staying here again.

O hotel precisa de reparos e uma atualização, tanto no quarto quanto instalações no geral. Banheiro com mofo no teto, roupa de cama velha e com manchas, paredes do corredor com tinta descascada, TV que funciona somente 1 canal. Não fui com altas expectativas pois era somente 1 pernoite, mas entrega muito pouco para o preço cobrado. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Quarto grande com cama boa e confortável, limpeza ok, chuveiro excelente porém o espaço do box bem reduzido. Ótimo café da manhã, boa variedade. O que incomoda um pouco é o barulho de aviões devido a proximidade do aeroporto.
