Excellent place for meetings at Cidade Jardim

Everything was OK. The rrom was ready and very clean with all the necessary tools. Elevators work very efficient. Bell boy is very friendly and he wants to helo you everytime, so nice. I like the ubication of the hotel, very convenient.

Room cleanliness and condition unacceptable for this price point. Windows not closing properly, vent grille falling down from ceiling and not put back, sink clogged in bathroom and not rectified during three days, dirty shower, dirty walls (look like blood stains), only one small bottle of water available and not being replaced the second day so I had to purchase from bar stock (small but annoying), main door has large gap underneath letting in way too much light and very noisy. Honestly very disappointing experience considering I selected higher category room to ensure I would be getting a better quality room and be able to stay at same hotel as my team but I won’t go there again
