Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services. Room was decent, I had to fix the courtains to block light, and get wi-fi from somewhere else connecting every single hour on the clock :(

Gostamos muito da estadia. O apartamento é confortável, limpo e atendeu muito bem às nossas expectativas. A localização também é excelente. Hotel tem boa estrutura, excelente piscina, boa academia, restaurante e muito perto do aeroporto. Mas o banheiro quando cheguei tinha cabelos no chão. O que demostra falta de higiene. O ar condicionado faz muito barulho e está visivelmente bem velho. Os móveis em geral são velhos. A cama é confortável. E o anfitrião responde rápido. O restaurante tem preços de café da manhãs de 51,80 e almoço pratos a partir de 50,00. Mas é gostoso. O estacionamento é 30 reais a diária. No geral recomendo caso não exija luxo, queria estar próximo ao aeroporto, e busque bom preço.

Cheguei no hotel, não achavam minha reserva. Descobrimos que o anúncio do hotéis.com, o flat era de terceiros! As informações da minha reserva nunca foi enviado para recepção! Resumo, as 22:30 quando fui fazer check in, fiquei sem quarto! Tive que pagar tarifa balcão para ter onde dormir! Estou até hoje tendo que perder tempo no chat, e e-mail com hotéis.com para receber meu dinheiro de volta!
