Great place to stay in a vibrant and safe area of the city, and good value for money. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet made our stay here very enjoyable. Given the city’s climate, the rooftop pool is a big bonus and a nice place to relax.

Os funcionários, sem exceção, foram atenciosos e cordiais, porém encontramos problemas que poderiam ser evitados pois bastaria uma simples vistoria no apartamento. Ficamos no apartamento 608. A porta do banheiro não fechava nem travava. Ao fechar, por não traçar e não ter maçaneta, por ter requisitos de acessibilidade, a porta corria até ficar aberta. A torneira do banheiro estava solta e saía na mão ao ser aberta. Identificamos os 2 problemas e falamos com o atendente da noite que deixou registro para que o responsável pela manutenção fosse ao apartamento às 7h para os reparos, mas ninguém apareceu nem entrou em contato. Tivemos que resolver o problema do nosso jeito mas vocês precisam consertar isso...é um erro muito fácil de ser evitado: se alguém abrisse a torneira ela sairia na mão e se fechasse a porta do banheiro teria percebido que a porta não se mantinha fechada. Depois identificamos que o sanitário estava mal fixado e poderá causar um acidente gravíssimo a qualquer momento. Antes de reservar qualquer apartamento deve ser efetuada uma revisão em cada item do apartamento...não basta ser limpo. Apesar disso, a estadia foi tranquila e agradável...a gente desenrolou, e foi tudo ótimo. Excelente café da manhã e um atendimento muito agradável. Todos de parabéns. Estamos registrando isso aqui porque é algo tão simples de ser identificado que chega a ser chato a gente ter que falar isso, pois não temos a intenção de falar mal de nenhum estabelecimento. Foram detalhes.

O hotel não tem sistema de aquecimento nas habitações, nem oferece um aquecedor para contornar a situação, o café da manhã era muito pobre em opções. Fomos informados que o hotel estava em reforma uns dias antes de nossa hospedagem o que não nos deu tempo hábil para poder cancelar e mudar de hotel. Uma alarme disparou durante a noite, eles alegaram que era do prédio do lado e que não podiam fazer nada. Para nossas necessidades a localização era excelente mas o hotel em sí decepcionou, mais sendo de uma rede como a Intercity e estar perto da uma das regiões mais valorizadas de SP.

Então... eu acredito que o hotel deveria ter informado a vocês que o restaurante encontra-se em reforma , por.isso o café da manhã foi servido em um lugar muito pequeno , sem instrutura nenhuma , uma acústica péssima , mesas muito pequenas e pouca variedade oferecida. Fui avisada pelo. por e-mail da reforma do restaurante, mas acredito que isto deva estar sendo mencionado durante a reserva no APP , não maos nada a ressaltar.
