The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. A half empty Coca-Cola can in the fridge, some trash in the bin, and dirt on the carpet. The bed was made though, with what I hope was clean bed linen. There was also not even a bar of soap in the bathroom, which I could sort with a trip to a nearby grocery store but I would have been very disappointed had I arrived at a time when those are closed.

As condições de limpeza da acomadoção não estavam boas. Pia, fogão, talheres engordurados, chão sujo, tapete cheio de cabelo... Poderiam, tb, colocar uma porta com isolamento acústico para minimizar o som do ar condicionado no quarto. A localização é boa, tranquila, mas precisa melhorar a limpeza.

Localização exelente! Prédio novinho! Fitness ótimo! Filtro de água no apartando!Para ser perfeito só faltou aquecimento no Studio,SP estava frio e o apartamento pela falta de vedação nas janelas é frio!no geral recomendo!
